Teams are built around trust & respect.  Teams cannot be built without creating a seamless understanding between the members.  This program is aimed at building teams with outdoor activities centered on fun and frolic!  Teams are built around mutual trust and respect.
The games and activities are designed to bring out mutual respect for talent creativity, team spirit and admiration for self and others. This program will be conducted in lush green resorts.  Often we work with people without relating to them, often without knowing their strengths and weaknesses, often without disclosing too much about our own self.

Managing Stress through Yoga

In today’s world where meeting deadlines, achieving targets and even just completing a day’s job becomes stressful, it is inevitable, that professional’s will have to find out a way of overcoming them. Contrary to the beliefs, stress is not harmful!! Stress is desirable; without stress there will be no motivation and achievement. However, a smart professional will just know how to control it and make use of it.

There are two types of instinctive stress response that are important to how we understand stress and stress management: the short-term “Fight-or-Flight” response and the long-term “General Adaptation Syndrome”. The first is a basic survival instinct, while the second is a long-term effect of exposure to stress.

Trainer’s Profile

Sri Sridhar Deshmukh is a self made-man. He graduated with Sociology, Economics, and English but did not pursue further formal studies because he was dissatisfied with the prevailing system. Instead, he took to experiential learning of his own, during the course of which he also made a study of Allopathic Medicine, Anatomy & Physiology, Pharmacology, Physics and Cosmology besides Psychology and Philosophical Literature. He was in business for a decade, and has voluntarily withdrawn from it and made a vocation of teaching. In areas where there are no established norms for certification, his acceptability as a faculty is due to a synthesis of his experiences, the techniques he has evolved, and his direct perceptual insights.

He has conducted orientation courses in Therapeutic Yoga for doctors besides training over a hundred yoga and alternative therapists. He has also conducted over two hundred workshops on Stress Management as well as Preventive Management of Coronary Heart Disease for corporate executives and professionals.
